The MMA Home insurance product is designed to meet the requirements of home and contents owners who wish to ensure that their homes and / or contents are protected.

It is a flexible policy offering cover on a sum insured basis for buildings and / or contents. You specify the levels of cover you need for your requirements.

Optional features are also available and can be used to extend the policy cover to meet the wider requirements you may have. These include:

The MMA Home Insurance policy provides cover for:

Buildings option – loss or damage to the structure of your home up to £400,000
Contents option – loss or damage to the contents of your home up to £60,000
Accidental Damage option – available for buildings and / or contents
Personal Possessions option (only available with contents cover) – accidental loss or damage to cover anywhere in the UK and elsewhere for 60 days up to £15,000
Pedal Cycles option (only available with contents cover) – accidental loss or damage to any specified cycle anywhere in the UK up to £750 per cycle
Legal Protection Option – costs for specified personal legal actions up to £50,000
Home Emergency Option – costs for specified home emergency situations up to £500
MMA Pestshield option – costs for specified pest removal up to £150
