What should I do in the event of a claim?

• Call the MMA Motor Care Line on 0844 902 2220 for all aspects of a claim regarding damage to your vehicle, including windscreen or glass
• You will be asked to provide:

• Policy number, your name / driver’s name
• Vehicle make, model and registration number
• Nature of incident
• Police incident number if applicable (this is a requirement for theft claims
• Accident police reference number (if police attended the scene)

How we settle your claim

• 24-hour Motor Care Line for claims assistance
• Accident recovery and approved repairer service, including three-year guarantee for repairs
• Courtesy vehicle to keep you on the road after an accident.
