How do I report my claim?
Register your claim online or Telephone 0844 902 0789 – MMA Property Careline is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Make sure you have your policy number, details of how the incident occurred and the approximate costs involved to hand when you report your claim.
What happens now?
- Providing cover is in force, your claim will be registered
- If you’ve been the victim of a theft, or you have misplaced or damaged any items outside of the home, then please contact the police to obtain a Crime Reference Number
- Any settlement made will be subject to your policy excess. Further deductions may be made for wear and tear and depreciation in applicable cases
What if I have Legal protection, Home Emergency or Pest Cover?
- Please check your policy schedule to see if you have purchased additional cover
- If you have purchased additional cover for Legal Protection, Home Emergency or Pest Cover and wish to make a claim under these sections please refer to your policy documents.
