How do I report my claim?

Make sure you have your policy number, details of how the incident occurred and the approximate costs involved to hand when you report your claim.
What happens now?
- Providing cover is in force, your claim will be registered
- Any settlement made will be subject to your policy excess. Further deductions may be made for wear and tear and depreciation in applicable cases

- Notify MMA Travel Careline immediately in the event of your hospitalisation, your intended repatriation for medical reasons or the need to curtail or extend your holiday or journey.
- Obtain a medical certificate if medical attention is required.
